1) Our firm is seeking exceptional lawyers with a minimum of 2 years experience in the following areas: tax law, M&A and private equity.
Candidates must be fluent in English at a mother tongue level and hold an LLM from a university abroad or a degree in accounting. Experience in an Israeli accounting firm or an overseas law firm is required.

2) We are seeking for a bank finance associate with a minimum of 2 years (post qualification) experience to join the team.
Full English language skills are a prerequisite. Candidates will preferably have experience in a U.S. or English law firm.
